At Minosh Studio, we want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the day you receive your order.
🛍️ Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached.

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item first.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred size, color, or product.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
