At Minosh Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging.

• Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In case of any product exchange or replacement request, the item must first be returned to us and approved by our team before any replacement is processed. We always make sure to handle your request with care and fairness 💖

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
